Negritud is an international and multidisciplinary journal dedicated to the study and advancement of Afro-Latin American studies.
Subscriptions
Negritud is published twice a year by Ediciones Negritud, Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Each issue is $40.00 US dollars for institutions of higher learning and $35.00 US dollars for professors with an academic affiliation. For a one year subscription is $70.00 US dollars for institutions of higher learning, $60.00 US dollars for professors with an academic affiliation. For people without any academic affiliation each issue costs $40.00 US dollars and the one year subscription costs $70.00 US dollars.

Manuscript Submissions
Articles submitted to the Journal should be original contributions. They should not be under consideration by another journal, nor have been published or be awaiting publication elsewhere. If an author is publishing a closely related article elsewhere, this fact should be stated in a cover note to the editors. Authors of articles published in the journal assign copyright to Negritud (with certain rights reserved). The Journal accepts articles in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. The Journal prefers that manuscripts are submitted electronically and as Word documents, with double spacing throughout and margins of at least one inch all around. Manuscripts must be no longer than 36 pages including footnotes, tables, etc. The journal accepts all writing styles.
