Regino JiménezRegino Jiménez is considered one of the foremost authorities on AfroCuban music, the bata drum being his specialty. Currently the musical director of Danza Contemporanea de Cuba, Regino Jimenez has been decorated on many occasions for his outstanding work as a musician and lecturer at Cuban and foreign universities. He also directs the group Ilú Añá. |
